Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order resent.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Hustle Puzzle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you experience an issue with a shipment, please contact the carrier directly and then contact us so we can assist where possible.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the claim and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
